Join the Conversation on Client Protection

Our Assessment
Few things are more important to financial inclusion than client protection. But the three-legged stool of consumer protection — providers, regulators, and consumers — is wobbling unevenly. In light of world score, 5 of 10 might be higher considering the reality of China which consists of large population of BoP is that client protection concept and measurements to implement have not yet been made by policy-makers, providers, particularly in the booming growth of digital finance, it is more essential to take action for this aspect. If scored in China in this section, only 3 of 10 being made and provider be 2 and policy-maker 5 while clients have very week voice in China.
